Bootcamp Program
What To Expect
We offer Bootcamp Classes Monday through Friday (5:15am, 6:30am, 8am, 9:15am, 4pm, 5:15pm, and 6:30pm) These are a hour long group workout filled with a mixture of cardio and strength training. Each day we set-up the gym to focus on a specific muscle group, so by attending every day, you are getting a full program workout.
You will be surrounded by encouragement and motivation while you workout! The classes are $15 per class or $60 per week.
We also run 8 week weight loss programs that you can join and will be eligible for prizes for highest percentage of weight lost: (Women-1st place-$400, 2nd-$350, 3rd-$300, 4th-$250, 5th-$200, 6th-$150, 7th-$100, and 8th-$50. Men-1st place-$400)!
We also do a Body Transformation Program for people who are looking to tone and define! Prizes for that program are $400 and $200 for the Women’s Program and $400 for Men’s Program.
